Garden Holiday Cottage is situated in the attractive riverside village of Clogheen in Tipperary, which lies in the Galtee-Vee Valley. With beautiful views towards the mountains, Garden Holiday Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the countryside of Tipperary and neighbouring counties Waterford, Cork and Kilkenny.

This pet friendly holiday cottage in Tipperary is ideally placed with an array of walking trails available locally. The Galtee Mountains lie to the north and the Knockmeal downs are in close proximity to the south which makes Garden Holiday Cottage an ideal base for a walking holiday in Ireland.

This ideally located holiday cottage in Tipperary is a wonderful base for exploring the ancient sites and castles in Ireland's Ancient East. Garden Holiday Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests comfortably:

- Cosy open dining and sitting room with open fire and Freeview TV
- Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2

- Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet

This semi-detached holiday cottage is surrounded by a very large garden on three sides with lovely mountain views.

Private parking is available for two cars outside this holiday cottage.

Clogheen has an excellent bus service linking the village to Clonmel, Mitchelstown and Fermoy in County Cork. Plus, there are also a number of buses that run direct to and from Dublin city centre.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
